The decision on whether to refund a ticket lies with the event organiser, and they can set their own refund policy.
They may have opted to allow refund requests. In this case, if you log in to your account, your booking will be in the 'My bookings' tab on your Dashboard and there will be a link to 'Request a refund'
This will notify the event organiser that you have requested a refund and they will then decide whether or not to grant it
If they have not opted to allow refund requests, this link will not be visible.
You may still decide to contact them but please note that Tickets Ignite cannot issue a refund without the express permission of the event organiser (unless it's a very exceptional sequence of events)
