How long is the class?
This class will last 45 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are pay-what-you-can with a number of different contribution levels, as well as a limited amount of free tickets for those who are currently unemployed or struggling financially.
What do I need?
You will need a supportive surface to practise on, ideally a yoga mat. Make sure you wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in, and have some water with you as well.
Props (optional): If you have your own yoga blocks, great! Otherwise you can use a stack of books or a rolled-up towel or blanket. These can really enhance your practise, particularly if you are new to yoga.
Do I need to have my camera on?
Nope, not at all. There is no pressure to have your camera on if you don't want to, however if you do I can offer some personal adjustments - but totally up to you and how you're feeling on the day! All participants will be muted during the practise.
