Waking up our bodies together with a cheerful vinyasa flow. We'll start with a nice gentle warm-up before moving into the flow (a series of movements that gradually build onto each other as a sequence) and end with a lush wind-down and relaxation.

This class is a supportive environment and open to all levels. We'll be revisiting many of the basics so if it's your first ever yoga class, you're in the right place!

Hope to see you there. Zoom links will be emailed out when you book.

Feel free to email me with any questions or queries about injuries or modifications you might need!

FAQs

How long is the class?
This class will last 1 hour.

How much does it cost?
Tickets are pay-what-you-can with a number of different contribution levels, as well as a limited amount of free tickets for those who are currently unemployed or struggling financially.

What do I need?
You will need a supportive surface to practise on, ideally a yoga mat. Make sure you wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in, and have some water with you as well.
Props (optional): If you have your own yoga blocks, great! Otherwise you can use a stack of books or a rolled-up towel or blanket. These can really enhance your practise, particularly if you are new to yoga.

Do I need to have my camera on?
Absolutely not, most people keep them off during the class but it's up to you!
You will also be muted, so you can play some background music if you like.
