Free - £10.68

Snuggle down on your mat for a super relaxing yin yoga session to unwind at the end of the day. We will be moving through a series of stretches at a much slower pace, giving our bodies time to really sink in to the postures, as well as some calming breathwork and a guided relaxation at the end.

Pyjamas optional.
