How long is the class?
This class will last 30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are pay-what-you-can with a number of different contribution levels, as well as a limited amount of free tickets for those who are currently unemployed or struggling financially.
What do I need?
You will need a supportive surface to practise on, ideally a yoga mat. Make sure you wear comfy clothes that you can move freely in, and have some water with you as well.
Props (optional): If you have your own yoga blocks, great! Otherwise you can use a stack of books or a rolled-up towel or blanket. These can really enhance your practise, particularly if you are new to yoga or working with any injuries.
Chloé began practising yoga after training as a dancer through her childhood and teenage years. She is currently based in London and teaches across multiple studios, as well as offering private and corporate classes. With a passion for intuitive movement, her classes are open-minded and full of playful transitions and opportunities to explore each posture in a fun, creative way. Her aim is to make each practise a safe, nourishing and enjoyable space for every body, with a no-pressure environment that anyone is welcome to, regardless of experience!
