How long is the session?
30 minutes, though you should aim to sign in 5 minutes early so that we can start on time.
How much is it?
Free (although there is a chance to leave a donation at check-out if you would like)
What do I need?
This session is all about comfort and release, so make sure you have a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. A yoga mat is ideal, but you can do this session on a bed if that's more comfortable for you. Water is always good to have nearby in case you get thirsty.
Do I need to have my camera on?
No, you absolutely don't need to have your camera on, in fact, for this session I encourage people to stay in their own space and not worry about being seen by others. Just make sure you’ve set up your phone/laptop/tv screen in a way that you can see and hear me clearly. All participants will be muted during the session.
Chloé began practising yoga after training as a dancer through her childhood and teenage years. She is currently based in London and teaches across multiple studios, as well as offering private and corporate classes. With a passion for intuitive movement, her classes are open-minded and full of playful transitions and opportunities to explore each posture in a fun, creative way. Her aim is to make each practise a safe, nourishing and enjoyable space for every body, with a no-pressure environment that anyone is welcome to, regardless of experience!
