Join me from my living room to yours for a little half hour of breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and very light stretches that are adaptable and accessible to all bodies. Nothing scary, just a safe, inclusive space to let go for a moment. You don’t need to have done any yoga, or meditated or anything like that before. Absolutely everyone is welcome. 

The Zoom link will be sent out via email a couple of hours before the session.

How long is the session?
30 minutes, though you should aim to sign in 5 minutes early so that we can start on time.

How much is it?
Free (although there is a chance to leave a donation at check-out if you would like)

What do I need?
This session is all about comfort and release, so if you'd feel happier practising on a chair or even your bed, feel free!
I'd encourage having a stack of books or yoga blocks, if you have them, for a bit of extra support. Having a blanket or towel that you can roll up would also work.
Water is always good to have nearby in case you get thirsty, and feel free to play your favourite relaxing playlist as you'll be muted during the session :) 


Chloé Delanney Yoga

Chloé began practising yoga after training as a dancer through her childhood and teenage years. She is currently based in London and teaches across multiple studios, as well as offering private and corporate classes. With a passion for intuitive movement, her classes are open-minded and full of playful transitions and opportunities to explore each posture in a fun, creative way. Her aim is to make each practise a safe, nourishing and enjoyable space for every body, with a no-pressure environment that anyone is welcome to, regardless of experience!
