It's fair to say that 2020 has been a difficult year for all of us. With not much on the horizon to keep each of us going we had a little think here at I AM in print HQ, and we decided to put on an exclusive themed event which would give us all something to look forward to. Now here we are, proudly presenting an event which is perfect for autumn: Halloween Tricks and Treats - How To Write Spooky Fiction!

Whether you're writing spooky tales for children infused with magic and witchcraft or you're working on a psychological horror story, we have everything covered. Once again, we have included an All Day Pass for you to enjoy all six sessions across the day and access to the replays for the week following the event for any sessions you aren't able to make.

So sign up to discover how to perfect your submission package, find out what an agent or commissioning editor seeks when taking on a horror novel, learn how to weave folklore and traditional witchcraft into your story for young readers, create dark yet believable villains, build a world with real-life issues cleverly woven in, and even develop a magic system of your own. If you're terrified of the unknown in terms of how to get your spooky fiction published, enter here ... if you dare!

9:00am to 9:50am -  Damaris Young - Villains, Tension And Extraordinary Creatures

10:15am to 11:05am - Claire Barker - Dead Funny: Magical Realism
