Wellbeing Through Words is a fun and friendly workshop for anyone who enjoys words. The session focuses on reading, writing and relaxation, using poetry and stories to nurture your creativity and help you think about ways to improve your resilience. The session will look at techniques like free writing, journaling, and creative visualisation, and no prior experience of writing is necessary. 

This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, please note the maximum capacity is 10. The Festival team are working with Carriages to ensure this event can take place safely and with social distancing measures in place. Further guidance will be sent out later.
