Stand Against Violence Comedy Night

The Venue (Uffculme), Uffculme

Saturday, 8 Sep

£15.00

From Las Vegas to Uffculme, our headline act is Tanyalee Davis – legendary Canadian, and many will know from Live At The Apollo. At just 3 foot 6 inches she inspires, enlightens, and entertains her audiences while headlining at comedy clubs and comedy festivals throughout North America, the UK, and other parts of the world with her own unique perspective and somewhat racy brand of comedy. J

She has performed her ONE WOMAN SHOW, 4 nights a week for 6 months, in Las Vegas strip and is will, of course, be in the UK for us in September.

Support is from Karen Bayley. Delightfully saucy, her friendly and confident stage presence, combined with a killer wit, an infectious giggle and some devastating one-liners make her a comedic force to be reckoned. Combining warm with a spiky edge, her bold, no nonsense attitude strikes a perfect pitch with men and women alike. Karen supported Joe Lycett on his 2016 tour and has worked closely with him on comedy including 8 out of 10 Cats and Celebrity Juice.

MC is Comedy Hall favourite Paul T Eyers. No, he's not the consultant surgeon at Musgrove Hospital - but he is a cracking London-based comic! A versatile performer, his Edinburgh shows consistently sell out. Paul appears on BBC3 and has written comedy for BBC and Channel 4, has won awards as a writer-director, and has a weekly podcast in which he and other comedians cover everything from sport to self-improvement.
