£10.50

Fully qualified personal trainer with 4 years experience. I love everything from HIIT training to gentle yoga but my main aim when training someone is that we tailor your sessions perfectly toyou and your needs/abilities. Being a qualified Mental Health First Aider also means I am aware of and understand the mental blocks towards working out-they're totally normal! My aim is to always have fun and to remove shame from the equation - you will always feel challenged and achieve something no matter ability.

And it's for everyone! You don't have to have equipment. As someone belonging to the LGBTQ community, I offer a safe space to train where pronouns, preferences and all bodies are respected.

Availability: All day every day for 1-2-1 sessions.

Cost: £10 for a one hour session. (Usually £35!)

Email address: [email protected]

Please note: A short text/email/phone consultation will be needed before the session to cover basic questions about health and preferences! Please therefore book far enough in advance for this to be possible

What animal you'd be in a zoo and why?: A giraffe! In France once a giraffe ate my camembert and gherkin baguette and from then on I knew we were spirit animals.
