Come and celebrate the end of the school term and Winter Solstice (on the Sunday this year) before we march into Christmas.
We had a brilliant time last year and want to do it all again! Take a look at our write-up from 2018.

Enjoy some crafty storytelling with The Wild of the Words in the roundhouse by the fire in the afternoon for children and their growunps.

Help The Wild of the Words tell the magical Norwegian fairy tale East of the Sun, West of the Moon at this Christmas storytelling session! They'll be looking for little story-lovers and creative story-spinners to help them bring this very touching tale fully to life. Expect 45 minutes of story talk and enchanting interactive storytelling! (Age guidance 2-11, babe in arms come free)

Hot drinks will be available and a simple hearty veggie supper to enjoy around the fire as an optional add-on.

See the FAQs below for more information.

2:30-3:15pm - first story session
3:15-3:45pm - time around the fire, a song or two to sing together, sip hot drinks. People from the 1st and 2nd sessions are welcome to arrive early / stay for this
