It's the 23rd of December and Dave is in the park. It's freezing but he doesn't care - in his head he is having the time of his life in a Christmas rave! In his head he is dancing because he wants to. In real life he is dancing to keep warm.

Dave is brought back to reality by a text from his daughter. A text containing hope and opportunity: the chance to meet his grandson for the first time this Christmas!

Dave dances in real life now. He is happy. He has one final chance.

Follow Dave on his journey to get his grandson a present this Christmas at Alphabetti.

From the award-winning Artistic Director of Alphabetti Theatre comes a new poignant, touching and hopeful look at what Christmas can be for those in need, interwoven with live music. Created in partnership with Crisis Skylight - 5% of ticket sales will be donated to Crisis at Christmas, the UK national charity for the homeless.

Alphabetti Theatre

Alphabetti Theatre is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and was created by Ali Pritchard in 2012. We create, produce, and programme new, original work from emerging artists across the performing arts, championing work in Music, Theatre, Comedy and Poetry. We strive to make theatre that is relatable and accessible to all, and are constantly looking for new ways to challenge ourselves, physically, mentally and conceptually – we believe that by challenging ourselves we inevitably challenge the audience, creating engaging and original experiences.
