About Betty

Winner of the British Crown at the World Burlesque Games 2016, Miss Betty Blue Eyes is a burlesque performer who has been creating tales of the unexpected for burlesque and cabaret audiences since 2009. She is a comedy cabaret chameleon with unique acts filled with curious characters, quirky storytelling and glamorous comedy.

Betty trained as an actress at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and has over 20 years of theatre performance experience. She is also an experienced drama practitioner and workshop facilitator. Her burlesque style draws on this theatrical background and is reminiscent of the vaudeville tradition of burlesque.

In her ‘day job’ Betty runs a company that specialises in creating playful experiences and narrative events for companies and organisations within the public and private sector.
